Mobile surveillance approach radar Komar-2/IF

General description:

KOMAR-2/IF is highly mobile, fully autonomous radar system, operating in X- Band, developed for air traffic control and navigation in airport terminal area. The radar is designed to meet both military and civil applications. Due to its capability to cover simultaneously 120 km range with SSR system, 60 km range with PSR system and 25 km range with PAR system, KOMAR-2/IF is highly effective, mobile radar. Radar's mobile structure is designed in form of two independent units - Antenna Unit and Operation Centre containers - both containers can be transported either or trucks equipped with loading arms or on flat trailers drawn by suitable trucks. The radar utilizes modern AMTI signal processing, targets presentation on large LCD monitors and effective diagnostic system BITE.

KOMAR-2/IF radar system is suitable for round-the-clock operation and its modular and doubled structure does not require continual presence of technical staff. Radar data including voice communication is recorded on large capacity recording device.
