T-CZ offers particular services in the field of Electronic Assemblies. Regarding the furnishing of Electronic production department we are ready to offer following activities:
- Printed circuit boards assembly
Both conventional plated through technology and surface mounted technology (SMT) could be used. The quality of the completed PCBs can be verified by thermal cycling and shocks and by mechanical vibration tests. The SMT workshop is equipped with automatic SMD surface mounting machine and manual workbenches. Soldering is done on an automatic reflow process line or on the wave. - Production of microwave and hybrid circuits
Production of special parts is offered especially production of amplifiers, attenuators, couplers, special microwave circuits etc. The quality of these circuits then can be tested by thermal and mechanical shocks. - Production of winding parts
Production of winding parts such as transformers or wound parts is offered. Technological equipment enables cylindrical, cross and toroidal windings. Coils or whole parts can be compound-impregnated or sealed in insulating material. - Other production
T-CZ offers also other parts for completion of electronic devices such as cable- forms and also assemblies mechanical and electromechanical units.
